Choose your preferred bus, select your seat, and pick your boarding point.

3. Pay

Enter passenger details and complete the payment using our secure gateway.

4. Confirm

Receive your confirmed m-Ticket on the app and an e-Ticket in your email.

Understanding Your Ticket

Key Information

  • PNR Number

    Your unique ticket identifier. Use this for managing your booking or any queries.

  • Passenger & Journey Details

    Confirms your name, age, and travel route (From, To, Date, and Time).

  • Boarding Point & Time

    The exact location and time you need to be at to board the bus. Be sure to arrive 15 minutes early!

  • Seat Number

    Your assigned seat for the journey.

Ticket Types

m-Ticket (Mobile Ticket)

Available directly in the blueBus app. It's eco-friendly and convenient. Just show the m-Ticket QR code on your phone to the bus staff.

e-Ticket (Email Ticket)

A PDF copy of your ticket sent to your email. You can either show the PDF on your phone or carry a printout, along with a valid photo ID.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to carry a printed copy of my ticket?

Not necessarily. You can show the m-Ticket in your blueBus app or the e-Ticket PDF on your mobile phone. However, please carry a valid, government-issued photo ID (like an Aadhar card, Voter ID, or Driver's License) for verification.

What ID proof is required during boarding?

You must carry a valid, original photo identification card. The most common acceptable IDs are:

  • Aadhar Card
  • Driver's License
  • Voter ID Card
  • Passport

How can I cancel my bus ticket?

You can cancel your ticket directly from the "Manage Booking" section in the blueBus app or website. Cancellation charges and refund policies vary depending on the bus operator and how close you are to the departure time. Please check the cancellation policy at the time of booking.

What if I miss my bus?

If you miss your bus, you are generally not eligible for a refund. This is considered a "No-Show". We recommend arriving at your boarding point at least 15-30 minutes before the scheduled departure time to avoid this.
