You can cancel your ticket through the "My Bookings" section of the app or website. Select the booking you wish to cancel and click on the "Cancel Ticket" button. Please note that cancellation policies and fees vary by operator.
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation. The amount will be credited back to your original source of payment. In some cases, it may take up to 10 days depending on your bank.
This depends on the bus operator's policy. Some operators allow you to change your boarding point up to a few hours before departure. You can check this option in the "My Bookings" section. Changes to drop-off points are generally not permitted after booking.
Unfortunately, if you miss your bus or train, the ticket is considered a "No Show" and is non-refundable. We recommend contacting the operator directly to see if they can accommodate you on a later service, but this is not guaranteed.
