Are my payment details secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption to protect your financial information. Your card details are never stored on our servers. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

Why did my payment fail?

Payments can fail for several reasons:

  • Incorrect card details (CVV, expiry date).
  • Incorrect OTP (One-Time Password) entered.
  • Insufficient funds in your account or card limit.
  • A connection issue between the bank and the payment gateway.
If your money was deducted, it will be automatically refunded by your bank within 5-7 business days. Please try booking again.

Can I combine two offers or coupon codes?

No, you can only apply one coupon code or offer per booking. The system will automatically select the best offer if you have multiple options, but they cannot be combined.

What is the blueBus Wallet?

The blueBus Wallet is your personal wallet on our app. Any cashback you earn from offers and any refunds you opt for (if available) are credited to your wallet. You can use this wallet balance for instant, one-click payments on your future bookings.
